Job description
Full-time OB/GYN position with hospital-employed medical group Community hospital ( 150 beds), municipally owned, non-corporate structure Established team of 3 board-certified OB/GYNs with shared coverage Call schedule 1:4 Clinic hours Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm Approximately 800 deliveries annually Level 1 nursery Access to two Da Vinci robotic systems (robotic training preferred) Strong hospitalist support and collaborative physician culture Independent practice environment with long-standing community ties Growth-driven need with succession planning in place Guaranteed base salary $450K Sign-on bonus Student loan assistance Annual CME allowance 100% physician health and dental coverage Malpractice coverage Long-term disability 401(k) plan Approximately 30 minutes to San Antonio and 45 minutes to Austin Short drive to New Braunfels and San Marcos for tubing, rivers, and town amenities Near Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake for boating, fishing, and outdoor recreation Easy access to San Marcos Premium Outlets for major-brand shopping Close to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Natural Bridge Caverns, and Gruene Historic District for additional regional attractions Affordable cost of living with convenient access to major highways and regional airports
