Job description
Escape the grind and build a thriving OB/GYN practice in a close-knit west Texas community at an 86-bed, FQHC Critical Access Hospital. Enjoy strong earnings and a relaxed pace of life, with easy access to Abilene and Lubbock.$300K-$350K guaranteed base salary (3 years) + $57/RVU production bonus. $30K sign-on. Loan forgiveness. 6 weeks PTO. 86-bed Critical Access Hospital + Federally Qualified Health Center. Clinic located across from hospital; join 3 OB/GYNs + FP/OB support. Flexible support with APPs. 15-18 patients/day and 10 deliveries/month. 1:4 call rotation. Call pay and midlevel oversight bonus. Fortune 500-level benefits including pension.
