Locum OB/GYN Physician Brattleboro, VT Are you a dedicated OB/GYN looking for flexible locum opportunities in a supportive, community-focused environment? Quick Facts: Location: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Brattleboro, VT Start Date: 08/15/2026 End Date/Duration: Varies (starting August 15, 2026) Schedule: 8a-8p or 8p-8a shifts (varies) Hours/Week: Flexible, based on schedule Employment Type: Locum Licensure/Certifications: Active Vermont license preferred; Board Certified in OB/GYN required Experience: Prior OB/GYN practice experience required Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: Competitive hourly pay with weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per law Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Support from a dedicated team committed to your success What You ll Do: Provide full-spectrum women's health care, including low- and high-risk pregnancy management Perform OB ultrasounds and interpret fetal heart rate monitoring Manage routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections, VBACs, and labor management Conduct GYN procedures such as IUD insertions, colposcopies, and minor surgeries Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and support staff to deliver high-quality care Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner EMR What You Need: Active Vermont medical license or eligibility to obtain one (including IMLC candidates) Board Certified in OB/GYN BLS, NRP certifications required Experience with obstetric procedures, including labor/delivery, C-sections, and GYN surgeries Ability to work flexible shifts in a collaborative team setting About the Assignment: Join a welcoming community hospital offering comprehensive women's health services, including onsite ultrasound and labor/delivery care.
