Salary Range:
$280,000 - $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You ll DoProvide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse community patient population
Manage gynecologic consults referred from surrounding primary care providers and in-house midwives
Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
Maintain a steady surgical volume , with access to three new operating rooms
Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care , including uncomplicated deliveries
Support a birth center environment (including VBACs and additional patient-centered options), in collaboration with the care team
Join a manageable shared home call rotation (1 in 4)
What You Need
Required
OB/GYN physician qualifications (specific license/certifications not listed in the posting)

About the Assignment
Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Staff OB/GYN to join its hospital-owned OB/GYN practice in Brattleboro, Vermont , providing full-spectrum women s health care in a collaborative, community-focused setting. The schedule includes 3 4 clinic days per week with approximately patients per day , along with dedicated OR time and participation in a shared call rotation. The practice supports a multidisciplinary environment and includes access to a birth center offering a range of patient-centered options.
