"Obstetrics & GynecologyPosition OverviewSeeking a Board Certified OB/GYN to provide hospital-based 24-hour call coverage. The provider will manage labor and delivery, obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, inpatient rounding, admissions, and surgical procedures while working alongside an established OB/GYN team.Compensation:$4440 per 24 hoursScheduleStart Date: August 31, 2026 (orientation completed prior to start)Assignment Length: 6 monthsCoverage: -hour call shifts per monthShift Hours: 7:00 AM 7:00 AMConsecutive shift blocks may be available to accommodate travelCurrent Coverage NeedsAugust 31September 9September 18September 27October 6Practice SettingHospital-basedInpatient coverage (clinic privileges obtained if future clinic coverage is needed)ResponsibilitiesProvide 24-hour OB/GYN call coveragePerform inpatient rounding and admissionsManage labor and delivery patientsPerform emergency OB/GYN proceduresCollaborate with the existing OB/GYN teamPractice DetailsAdult female patient populationApproximately 5075 deliveries per monthProvider will not work soloRequired ProceduresDilation and Curettage (D&C)Cesarean SectionsOther inpatient OB/GYN proceduresEMREpicRequirementsBoard Certified in Obstetrics & GynecologyActive Washington medical licenseBLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)Epic experience requiredRequired Recent Clinical Activity (Past 24 Months)ObstetricsDocumentation of:100 obstetric patientsAt least 15 Cesarean sectionsAt least 30 vaginal deliveriesGynecologyDocumentation of:50 gynecology patientsAdditional InformationCoverage is currently hospital-only, though clinic privileges may be obtained if future needs expandCOVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)Orientation completed before the first scheduled shift"
