Obstetrician and Gynecologist
Aurora, IL
Practice Overview
Long‑standing thriving practice with 4 OB/GYN physicians, 1.5 GYN‑only physicians and 1 NP
Broad range of services for women of all ages, including in‑office procedures
Access to comprehensive women’s services: Level III NICU, Gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, maternal fetal medicine, and reproductive endocrinology
Advanced technology and resources: Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical platform; comprehensive cancer program (infusion, radiation, surgical oncology including breast and gynecologic oncology); Midwest Center for Advanced Imaging (Breast Imaging Center of Excellence)
Duties & Responsibilities
20 clinic hours per week at two locations
See approximately 25 patients per day in outpatient clinic and round on inpatient units independently
Collaborative coverage model supporting work‑life balance: Call rotation Q5 (weekday call and every 5th weekend)
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for or currently holding an Illinois medical license
Robotic surgery experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $354,000 - $470,000. Compensation includes base pay, benefits, and incentive programs. Additional benefits include sign‑on and retention bonuses, relocation allowances, and opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets.
