Job DescriptionWe are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology HospitalistPhysician to join a well-established hospital-based OB/GYN program in Casper,WY. This is a full-time hospitalist role focused on 12-hour overnight shifts,offering exceptional work-life balance with no office responsibilities oron-call duty.
Position Highlights:
Schedule Flexibility:
Full-time hospitaliststypically work eight 24-hour shifts or 10–12 twelve-hour shifts per month.
This position is primarily12-hour overnight shifts, with the option for a mix of 12- and 24-hour shiftsbased on physician preference.
No clinic, no call, noadministrative office management
Supportive, collaborativehospitalist model
Clinical Environment:
Over 1,100 births annually
Six labor and delivery rooms
Dedicated C-section suite
10 private, family-sizedpostpartum rooms with pull-out couches
Level II Nursery providingspecialized neonatal care, including respiratory support
24/7 in-house pediatrichospitalist coverage
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
Completion of anACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
Board-Certified orBoard-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active Wyoming medicallicense or eligibility for licensure
Current DEA registration
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual compensation:$300,000 – $340,000
