Job Description## OB/GYN Physician Opening | Fargo, ND Located in Fargo, North DakotaFull-Time, Permanent## Practice Overview* Full-time OB/GYN opportunity in Fargo, North Dakota* Join an established Women's Health team consisting of 8 OB/GYN physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and 6 Certified Nurse Midwives * Ideal opportunity for candidates with an interest or experience in fertility care* Practice at a hospital with a newly remodeled Level III NICU * Newly renovated Labor & Delivery unit overlooking the Fargo-Moorhead area* Onsite support from: * Maternal-Fetal Medicine * Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (fertility program) * Urogynecology * Gynecologic Oncology* Growing pelvic floor physical therapy program* Care for both low- and high-risk obstetric patients* Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system * Well-established practice serving a rapidly growing community* Opportunity to participate in outreach and satellite clinics* Average office volume of 18 patients per day * Approximately 1,500 deliveries annually * Shared 24-hour call rotation covering weekdays and weekends## Compensation & Recruitment Package* Base salary: $406,000 * Additional earning potential through: * Performance bonuses * Quality incentives * Production-based compensation## Job Qualifications* MD or DO* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology* North Dakota medical license or eligibility## Benefits* Comprehensive employed physician benefits package* Competitive base compensation* Performance and quality incentive opportunities* Access to robotic surgery* Established multidisciplinary Women's Health team* Fertility, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology support* Opportunities for outreach clinics and professional growth## Community DetailsFargo is the largest metropolitan area in North Dakota, offering an exceptional quality of life with excellent schools, a vibrant downtown, diverse dining and entertainment, and year-round recreational opportunities.
