Job DescriptionOB Hospitalist - Findlay, NW Ohio### The OpportunityA regional, nonprofit health system serving an eight-county community in Findlay, NW Ohio is seeking an OB Hospitalist to join a growing Women's Health team. Enjoy 24-hour shifts with a flexible schedule and the option to add clinic work if desired.### Position Highlights
\ N 24-hour shifts | 4 shifts per block with additional shifts available
\ N Optional clinic opportunities
\ N Scheduled C-sections and gynecology consults
\ N ED unassigned OB patients and transfer coordination
\ N Midwife oversight
Non-emergent GYN surgery with surgical team support
\ N 24/7 in-house pediatrichospitalist coverage
\ N Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks)
\ N Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
\ N One delivering hospitalwith in-unit sleep room
\ N Remote participation inhigh-risk meetings
### Compensation & Benefits – 4 Shifts/Block\ N $195,000 base salary
\ N $2,850 CME/board certification allowance
\ N $156/hour PRN rate
