Job DescriptionOBGYN Physician Opportunity Location: Pemberton, NJ •Full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN physician.•Located in Pemberton, New Jersey.•Fast-paced, community-focused healthcare environment.•Provides high-quality women’s healthcare services to diverse local communities.•Opportunity to work in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.•Flexible scheduling with general daytime hours Monday–Friday.•Up to 2 evening shifts per week.•Part-time options available.•Strong emphasis on work/life balance with light schedules.Qualifications •Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school.•Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN.•Experience working in a community healthcare environment preferred.•Community health experience preferred.•Valid New Jersey medical license.•Current CDS and DEA registration.•Current CPR certification.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Compensation & Benefits•Competitive compensation.•Eligibility for Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs.•Potential eligibility for up to $50,000 through the Federal Loan Repayment Program.•3% annual cost-of-living adjustment.•Generous paid time off and paid holidays.•Tuition assistance program.•Reimbursement for professional development.•403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution.•Medical, prescription, dental, and life insurance.•State-of-the-art facilities.•Rewarding and challenging work environment.•Strong work/life balance with flexible and part-time scheduling options.
