Patient Scheduling Call Center AgentThe Patient Scheduling Call Center Agent is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, scheduling patient physician appointments in the registration system, insurance verification, routing calls and communicating to the appropriate department or physician offices.Now hiring for FULL TIME! (No Weekend Requirement)Hours:8:30am-5pm CST9:30am-6pm CST10:30am-7pm CSTTraining schedule is full-time for the first 3 weeks. Qualified candidates must be able to train Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm CST for the first 3 weeks.Duties and Responsibilities:Answering incoming calls in a timely and professional mannerScheduling all patient appointments for the physician practices including cancellations and changesInsurance verification and verification of patient demographicsSelecting accurate insurance carrier plans and informs the patient of any carrier that is out of networkProviding Good Faith Estimates upon patient requestQualifications Needed:One year of call center customer service experience highly preferredThis Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position; within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (Our hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).This position will require you to be on the phone 95% of your day.
