Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience in ER or Med Surg
Pay & BenefitsHourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You ll DoDeliver high-quality nursing care to an average of 5 patients per shift
Manage both Emergency Room and Med Surg patient needs, responding effectively to urgent situations
Collaborate with a team of 2 registered nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Utilize BLS, ACLS, and PALS skills to provide critical interventions when needed
Support patient education and discharge planning
Uphold facility policies and standards for patient safety and quality care
What You NeedValid RN license in Oklahoma (or eligible for reciprocity)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
At least 1 year of recent ER or Med Surg nursing experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
