nUnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. The clinical teams at the area’s clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. nResponsibilities

nnnCollaborative team of Providers and Support Staff who participate in the weekly Tumor Board

n

nnClinic participates in clinical research and trials

n

nnLarge Hospitalist team providing inpatient support

n

nnTrinity Breast Health Center is NAPBC accredited

n

nnBoard-Certified Radiation Oncologists

n

nnRadiation Oncology services include: IMRT, IGRT, VMAT & SBRT (our linear accelerator program is well established)

n

nnEMR - EPIC Inpatient & Ambulatory

n

nnProstate seed, genetic testing, breast and lung programs

n

nnCommunity Outreach to include prevention and detection services

n

n nQualifications

nnnMD or DO

n

nnBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

n

nnAbility to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois

n

nnHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice

n

nnEligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)

n

nnJ-1 waiver sponsorship available

n

n nWe Offer

nnnInitial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $395,000 - $635,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.

n

nnSpecific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications. The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
