Job Quick Facts: Specialty: Hematology & Oncology Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Kamuela, HI Service Setting: Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical Only Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p - FTE, 3-6 months - 1-hr unpaid lunch Patient Volume: 15-20 - Some patients is chemo visit & may only require a signature from MD Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff Procedures/Duties: - Hematology Onco: Chemo administration & Treatment of Anemias, Lymphomas, Bleeding disorders & Carcinomas - Medical Onco: CNS, Chest, Skeletal neoplasm & Head/neck neoplasms - Breast tumors, Gynecological, Other (misc. cd's) EMR: EPIC (CareLink) Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active HI License or IMLC BC DEA/CSR NPDB Report?
