A regional healthcare organization in the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee (Johnson City / Kingsport / Bristol region) is seeking a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a well-established cancer care program.Position Highlights: Full-time hematology/oncology practice focused on cancer and blood disordersDiagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of oncologic and hematologic conditionsDevelop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and related therapiesOrder and interpret diagnostic testing, labs, and imaging studiesOutpatient-focused practice with coordinated access to infusion services and full-spectrum oncology supportWork within a multidisciplinary care model alongside oncology nursing, pharmacy, navigation, and support servicesIntegrated collaboration with radiation oncology, surgery, pathology, radiology, and other specialties for comprehensive treatment planningParticipation in multidisciplinary tumor boards to guide complex case managementStrong referral network across a large regional service area with established continuity of care pathwaysOpportunity to contribute to a well-structured oncology program focused on evidence-based, personalized careCompensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation packageStable employed physician modelFull benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverageSupportive, team-based clinical environment with strong infrastructureOpportunity to join a growing regional cancer programLocation & Lifestyle:Set in the scenic Appalachian Highlands of Northeast Tennessee, this community offers an appealing mix of outdoor beauty, affordability, and small-city convenience.
