JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Hematology & Oncology Job Type: Permanent Location: Findlay, OH Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Vacancy Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Shift Schedule: TBD - 4 clinic days - 1 remote administrative day Call Schedule: TBD Call Ratio: 1:4 PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Volume: TBD Case Mix: 50% Hematology; 50% Oncology - Established referral base including breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers Specialty Backup Available: - 24/7 hospitalist and Intensivist - Full specialty support across 54 specialties, including General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology Physician in Practice: 3; Gynecologic Oncology Support Staff: 2 APPs, Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Laboratory, and Pharmacy onsite Office Equipment: New linear accelerator and CT simulator Additional infusion suites and exam rooms JOB REQUIREMENTS OH medical license (or willing to obtain) BC in both Hematology and Medical Oncology - If BE, within 5
