MANDATED Job Requirements:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency) - Required - ABMS or AOA

Active IA license - Required (candidates without a license will be redirected)

Must be available for the requested April shifts listed above

Local candidates within driving distance - Preferred

COVID Vaccine - Required, note at the time of name clear

Open 2024 Dates:

Ongoing dates TBD

Job Description:

No weekends, no call

100% Outpatient coverage, addressing critical labs (hospitalists manage inpatients)

Patient population: adult and geriatric

70% oncology, 30% hematology, 0% IM

Average of 20 patients per day

Trauma level 3

Reason for coverage: provider is leaving

EMR: Cerner (Epic FY24)

Required procedures: management of VAD/CV catheters, order tests, order images, prescribe meds

Administration of chemotherapy: nurse oncologist; Admission of patients: Hospitalists

Client is preferring local candidates - they will be putting preference on this when reviewing submissions
