REQUIREMENTS
Active CT License
Active DEA
BC/BE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient breast oncology care to 15-20 patients per day.
Manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens.
Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and advanced practice providers.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
