Job DescriptionSeeking a BC/BE fellowship trained Neuro-Oncologist to join an established multidisciplinary team in eastern North Carolina.

\ NHighlights include:

\ N Team includes specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, radiosurgery, hematology oncology, radiation oncology, neuroradiology and neuropathology

\ N Growing physician-led private not for profit health system with locations across eastern North Carolina

\ N Established neuro-oncology program

\ N Growing clinical neuroscience team of 10 neurosurgeons, including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 + neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists

\ N Subspecialties include pediatric neurology, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache, neuromuscular, sleep medicine, intraoperative monitoring and neuro-oncology

\ N Medical Center has a NSICU led by Neurointensivists as well as a rehabilitation center providing inpatient and outpatient support to neurology patients

\ N State-of-the-art technology like GammaTile therapy, Gamma Knife radiosurgery, Cyberknife radiosurgery, and innovative clinical trials that improve brain tumor knowledge, treatments and outcomes

\ N Established clinical trials program

\ N Ability to participate in the teaching and mentorship of hematology oncology fellows and neurology residents
