PermanentEmployed (Private Practice)Seeking BC/BE Overview:* Join physician-led Radiation Oncology group serving Northeast Wisconsin* Practice within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care model* Participate in disease-specific tumor boards and Centers of Excellence* Deliver advanced radiation oncology treatments across multiple disease sites (breast, lung, GI, GU, CNS, hematologic)* Opportunity to contribute to program development and quality initiatives* Engage in clinical research through national affiliations (NRG, NCORP)* Strong collaboration with surgical, medical oncology, and neurosurgery teams* Technology includes SRS, SBRT, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, HDR brachytherapy, and advanced CNS programs* Exposure to emerging modalities including FLASH and pulsed low-dose therapies--- Comp/Benefits:* Compensation in the 95th percentile* Malpractice coverage* CME allowance* Comprehensive benefits package* Opportunity for long-term growth within a physician-led model--- Group/Facility Info:* Regional cancer center with advanced radiation oncology capabilities* Integrated multidisciplinary cancer program* Access to cutting-edge technology and treatment platforms* Strong partnerships with regional health systems and specialty providers* Focus on innovation, research, and high-quality patient outcomes-- About the Area:Appleton is a vibrant city in northeastern Wisconsin with a population of around 75,000.
