Job DescriptionOphthalmologist Opening | Auburn, New York Position Overview:
\ N Seeking a skilledand compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our growing practice.
\ N The ideal candidate will provide medical and surgical eye care services, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
General Responsibilities: \ N Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
\ N Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and injuries
\ N Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans
\ N Perform surgical procedures (e.G., cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures, LASIK, etc.)
\ N Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals
\ N Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
\ N Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology and best practices
Qualifications: \ N Doctor of Medicine (MD)or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
\ N Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency Program
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
\ N Active medical license in (State) (or eligible for licensure)
\ N Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
\ N Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications: \ N Fellowship training in subspecialties (e.G., Retina, Cornea, Glaucoma, Pediatric Ophthalmology)
\ N Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
\ N Multilingual abilities

\ N Compensation: $425,000.00 - 450,000.00
