Ophthalmology Physician Locums Job in North Carolina 24 Hour Call Coverage
This is a great opportunity with one of our clients in North Carolina. We are contracted with a medical facility in search of a highly skilled Ophthalmologist to assist with their coverage needs.
Dates Needed: (a ll shift times 8am - 8am)
Friday 11/20/26 8AM - Friday 11/27/26 8AM
Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Active North Carolina license required
Board Certified required
24 hour call coverage, all shifts 8am-8am
Evaluate all hospital and ED consults, including evaluation and surgical treatment of trauma
Inpatient and outpatient
EMR: EPIC
Average patients: 5-6
Will not respond to codes
No ICU/Critical Care duties
Required Procedures: Repair rupture globe, repair eyelid lacerations, remove corneal forging body
