Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 35 clinical hours and 5 admin hours Competitive guaranteed base salary for first 2 years plus sign-on bonus 1:5 call ratio with surgery days starting at a half-day in the OR Join a team of 9 providers including specialists and optometrists Onsite and owned ambulatory surgery center with strong referral base 7 weeks PTO and health system-employed position Academic medical center affiliation; teaching duties not required J-1 and H-1B visa support available Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail
