Job description

$325,000 Base Salary + Productivity Bonus + Partnership Eligibility

Southern Crescent Women's Healthcare is one of the largest physician-owned OB/GYN practices on Atlanta's south side, proudly serving the community for more than 40 years. Our physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and clinical support teams share a commitment to delivering personalized, evidence-based care with compassion and excellence.

We have built a collaborative, physician-led culture that values mentorship, clinical autonomy, and long-term career growth. New physicians benefit from the support of experienced partners who are invested in helping colleagues succeed both professionally and personally. Regular clinical collaboration, shared best practices, and a team-oriented environment create a supportive setting where physicians can thrive.

Our practice structure is intentionally designed to promote work-life balance while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Physicians enjoy a 4-day work week, a 1:8 shared call schedule, coverage at a single hospital, and 24-hour Certified Nurse Midwife support. This team-based approach allows physicians to focus on delivering outstanding care while maintaining flexibility and personal fulfillment outside of work.

Southern Crescent Women's Healthcare offers a full spectrum of women's healthcare services, including routine and high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic surgery, and comprehensive gynecologic care. Physicians have a Level III NICU, advanced surgical technology, Epic EMR, and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.

As a physician-owned private practice, we offer a clear pathway to partnership within three years, providing opportunities for leadership, practice ownership, and participation in ancillary revenue streams that support long-term financial growth. Our goal is not only to provide an exceptional place to practice medicine but to create a career home where physicians can build meaningful relationships, develop professionally, and make a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
