Quick Facts: Location: Henderson, NV Start Date: 06/22/2026 End Date: 06/22/2026 Shift: Day, 8-hour shifts Hours/Week: Full-Time (40 hours) Employment Type: Permanent License/Certifications: State licensure required Experience: Prior optometry experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Competitive pay hourly rate Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments Prescribe and fit corrective lenses and contact lenses Diagnose common eye conditions and provide treatment plans Educate patients on eye health and preventive care Collaborate with a team of eye care professionals for patient management Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems Support clinic operations and patient satisfaction What You Need: Required: Valid Nevada state optometry license or eligibility Prior optometry experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual skills a plus About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Henderson, Nevada, offering a dynamic environment with a focus on quality eye care.
