Job DescriptionAn established oral and maxillofacial surgery team in Western Wisconsin along the Mississippi River is seeking a motivated and collaborative Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its high-performing practice.

\ N Collegial team of3 OMS attending surgeons
\ N Fully accredited 4-resident OMS training program
\ N Unique academic–private practice hybrid
\ N High-volume, full-scopeOMS practice
\ N Dedicated time supervising and teaching residents
\ N 1 week/month call shared with residents
\ N Established tri-state referral network
\ N Optional research collaboration
\ N Multidisciplinary dental specialty environment

Clinical Scope & Support :
\ N Dentoalveolar surgery, implants and advanced implant rehabilitation
\ N Orthognathic surgery, TMJ surgery and total joint replacement
\ N Facial trauma, pathology, bone grafting and reconstruction
\ N Strong OR access with experienced surgical and anesthesia support
\ N Advanced imaging and digital surgical planning, including CBCT and 3D printing
\ N Guided implant technology and comprehensive anesthesia/monitoring capabilities
