Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Needed Near Dragoon, AZ A well established practice is seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to build a community spine program, while also practicing some General Orthopedics. The ideal candidate will have an interest in basic spine procedures, but is also willing to grow to more complex procedures as the program develops. You will be joining a group of 3 other surgeons and 3 Physician Assistants in practice. - Level 3 trauma center - Total Joint Center of Excellence - Well-established, well-respected group - Pain Management in the community - Robust outpatient rehab program on-site Recruitment Package may include: - Base salary + wRVU production incentive - Quality bonus - CME allowance - Sign-on bonus - Medical debt assistance - Relocation allowance - Residency stipend - Medical Director stipend - Health benefits + Retirement plan - Marketing + practice growth assistance.
