Summary: Profession: Physician Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery Job Type: Full-time Location: Pueblo, CO Requirements: Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency completion) - REQUIRED CO license (must be obtained prior to start) - HIGHLY PREFERRED Clean malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED no exemptions Benefits: The pay range for this full-time position is $620,000-$688,000/year. If applicable, a productivity bonus may be offered. Retirement program comprised of a 403(b) matching account and a 457 (b) deferred compensation savings plan.
