They are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to step into a growing practice that prioritizes patient-centered care and surgical excellence. 2-Year Guaranteed Base Salary competitive, based on MGMA median benchmarks. Full-Time Schedule: 36 clinical hours per week, plus 4 administrative hours. Call Schedule: 1:3 - manageable and not strenuous. Hospital Employee. Team-Oriented Environment: Join a close-knit team of 3 Orthopedic Surgeons, 3 APPs, and a dedicated Office Manager. State-of-the-Art Facilities: Athena for outpatient EMR and Cerner for inpatient EMR. Paid Malpractice Coverage. Opportunity to join a practice with high patient satisfaction scores, landing in the top 2% of Michigan hospitals and top 5% nationwide. Collaborative and supportive work environment. Office closed on 6 major holidays. Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.
