Job DescriptionOrthopedic Surgery opening – Stayton, OR Located 1 hour from PortlandPosition Details:
\ N Full-time, permanent General Orthopedic Surgeon position
\ N Board-certified or board-eligible with broad orthopedic expertise
\ N Join a collaborative orthopedic team including surgeons, sports medicine, podiatry, and 3 advanced practice clinicians
\ N Supported by 20+ experienced clinical and administrative staff
\ N Practice general orthopedics with focus on acute injuries, sports medicine, and adult joint reconstruction
\ N Perform total joint replacement procedures including hip, knee, and shoulder
\ N Access to modern operating rooms designed for minimally invasive and complex joint procedures
\ N On-site digital X-ray and advanced diagnostic imaging
\ N Integrated Epic EMR forstreamlined workflows
\ N Call schedule of 1:3 with strong hospital support
Benefits Details\ N Competitive guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000
\ N Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus
