Job DescriptionGeneral Orthopedic Surgeon opening in Stayton, OR Full-Time | Total Joint Reconstruction | 1:3 CallA growing orthopedic program in Stayton, Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad orthopedic expertise to join an established multidisciplinary team.Opportunity Highlights:

\ N Treat acute orthopedic injuries and sports medicine conditions
\ N Perform adult total joint reconstruction
\ N Hip, knee, and shoulderreplacement experience required
\ N Join an experienced team specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and podiatry
\ N Support from 3 advancedpractice clinicians
\ N More than 20 orthopedicsupport staff
\ N Call schedule: 1:3
\ N State-of-the-art orthopedic facility
\ N On-site digital X-ray
\ N Advanced diagnostic imaging available
\ N Modern operating rooms equipped for complex joint reconstruction
\ N Minimally invasive surgical capabilities
\ N Dedicated PA, NP, and orthopedic clinical support
\ N EPIC EMR
Strong physician autonomy within a collaborative clinical environment
Compensation and Benefits:\ N Guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000
\ N Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus
\ N Signing bonus available
\ N Relocation assistance
\ N $3,000 annual CME allowance
\ N 34 days / 272 hours of authorized time off annually
\ N Licensure fees covered
\ N Professional dues covered
\ N Board certification fees covered separately from CME

Candidate Requirements:\ N MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
\ N Broad General Orthopedic Surgery expertise
\ N Proficiency managing acute orthopedic injuries
\ N Sports Medicine experience
\ N Experience performing adult total joint reconstruction
\ N Hip, knee, and shoulderarthroplasty experience
\ N Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care
\ N Strong communication and teamwork skills
