Job DescriptionOrthopedic Surgery opening – Stayton, OR Located 1 hour from PortlandPosition Details:
Full-time, permanent General Orthopedic Surgeon position
Board-certified or board-eligible with broad orthopedic expertise
Join a collaborative orthopedic team including surgeons, sports medicine, podiatry, and 3 advanced practice clinicians
Supported by 20+ experienced clinical and administrative staff
Practice general orthopedics with focus on acute injuries, sports medicine, and adult joint reconstruction
Perform total joint replacement procedures including hip, knee, and shoulder
Access to modern operating rooms designed for minimally invasive and complex joint procedures
On-site digital X-ray and advanced diagnostic imaging
Integrated Epic EMR for streamlined workflows
Call schedule of 1:3 with strong hospital support
Benefits Details Competitive guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000
Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus
Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
$3,000 annual CME allowance
34 days (272 hours) of authorized paid time off annually
Full coverage of medical licenses, professional dues, and board certification fees (separate from CME)
