This opportunity is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon who is eager to work in a hospital-based setting and command 100% of the orthopedic market share in the region. Practice Dynamics: Balanced Mix of Cases: Inpatient and outpatient cases, providing a dynamic work environment
Shared Call Schedule: Collaborate with other esteemed Orthopaedic Surgeons to ensure comprehensive care

Minimal On-Call Requirements: Maximum of 10 unpaid days of call annually
