Job DescriptionENT opportunity in Kankakee, Illinois - Located 1 hour from Chicago, ILJob Details:
\ N Full-time
Collect, record and maintain patient information such as medical histories, reports and examination results.
\ N Manage and treat patients within scope of practice.
\ N Analyze records, reports, test results or examination information to diagnose patients medical conditions.
\ N Analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment within scope of practice.
\ N Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments to patients.
\ N Monitor patients conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
\ N Expertise providing reliable, high value and evidence-based medicine that is supported by education and research.
\ N Ability to use electronic medical records to keep track of patient visits and information related to the physician/patient encounter.
\ N Expertise performing Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding for Physicians.
\ N Ability to work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours of direct patient care.
\ N Participate in on-call during the week and on weekends (not all specialties will require on-call duties)
Requirements: \ N MD or DO Degree
Valid Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain IL Medical License)
\ N Valid Illinois Controlled Substances License (or ability to obtain IL License)
\ N Board eligible or BoardCertified
