JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Physician Otolaryngology (ENT) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Employed) Location: Munster, IN Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: MondayFriday On-Call Shift Schedule: Approximately 1:4 rotation Call Type: Rotational Call Ratio: 1:4 PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: General ENT population Admissions: Yes Rounding: Yes Phone Consults: Yes Case Mix: General ENT with option for subspecialty interests FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: EPIC fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Office Equipment Available: Standard ENT tools and equipment Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available: Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings Reason for Coverage: System expansion and growth PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 90120 days post-offer COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate: Highly competitive salary (Negotiable, MGMA-aligned) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Indiana has favorable malpractice laws <s
