Job description
A growing specialty practice in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist with Head & Neck Surgery fellowship training to join an established program with a large patient base, dedicated OR time and strong multispecialty support.
Position Highlights:
Established patient base - be busy from day one
Comprehensive Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Cancer care
Join a team of 2 full-time Otolaryngologists supported by 2 experienced PAs
Flexible 4.5-day work week
1:3 weekday call and 1:6 weekend call, with weekend call shared with another community group
Dedicated OR block time with a wide variety of cases and no trauma
Da Vinci Xi robotic systems available at two operating sites
Integrated Audiology department offering a broad range of services
Collaboration with multispecialty teams
Admit to two hospitals connected by an enclosed skywalk system
Opportunity to teach medical students and family medicine residents
Clinical research opportunities
Compensation & Benefits:
$605,976 compensation
Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
Fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgery
