A growing ENT program in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join an established, patient-centered team. Position Highlights: Full-time or part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling Join an established ENT team with an experienced physician and PA 1:4 light night and weekend call covering general ENT and some facial trauma Flexible Monday Friday schedule with the option for a 4-day workweek Large internal referral base with opportunity to grow an established patient population Acute care hospital with hospitalists, nocturnists and in-house specialists State-of-the-art facilities with 5 ORs + 4 OR surgery center Advanced resources including Da Vinci Xi robot , 2 cath labs and open ICU Busy 8-bed ED with experienced staff and rapid access to emergent care Compensation & Benefits Competitive wRVU-based compensation tied to experience, subspecialty training and productivity Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Annual performance bonus opportunity Excess call pay stipends H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO + CME allowance Paid licensure and professional dues Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Health, dental and vision insurance Location & Lifestyle: Located in Central Montana amid three mountain ranges, this community offers an enviable combination of professional opportunity and outdoor freedom.
