JOB OVERVIEW Job ID: Profession: Physician Specialty: Otolaryngology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Grand Forks, ND 58201 Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Oct Oct 19, 2026 Shift Schedule: Mon Fri, 8a 5p; plus night call via pager 5p8a On-Call Shift Schedule: Night call 5p8a weekdays; 24-hour call on weekends Call Type: BeeperCOVERAGE DATES Oct 12, 2026 Oct 19, 2026 Future dates TBDPATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults and Pediatrics Average Daily Volume: 16 patients/day Case Mix: General ENTFACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Support Staff Available: 1 RN, 2 LPNs, 2 registration specialists, audiologistsPRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Required Credentialing Timeline: 45 days typically; can expedite to 3 weeksCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered Rate: TBD JOB REQUIREMENTS Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified IMLC or licensure candidate (must have IMLC if licensure candidate) No pending malpractice cases and no bad background Must be able to see both adult and pediatric patients 1+ years of experienceDuties & Responsibilities Provide clinic coverage Monday through Friday, 8a 5p Take night call via pager from 5pm to 8am for hospital consults Cover weekend 24-hour call Perform scheduled surgical cases in the OR as needed Manage both adult and pediatric patients
