Circadia Health is seeking experienced physicians to serve as owner and President of affiliated medical groups, a governance and clinical leadership role overseeing NP-delivered care for SNF and home health patients.
This position is not a full-time clinical role but requires medical licensure, board certification, Medicare enrollment, and experience supervising NPs, with equity considerations and MSO collaboration.
