\ N Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Outpatient clinic

\ N Procedures at ASC

\ N Travel to nearby regional clinics required

\ N Practice Type: Multispecialty clinic;

team-based, collaborative model Candidate Requirements \ N MD/DO from accredited institution

\ N Pain Fellowship(ACGME-accredited) – Required

\ N Board Certifiedor Eligible

\ N Eligible for unrestricted PA license

\ N DEA certification

\ N Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care

\ N Procedures PerformedIncludes a full spectrum of interventional and regenerative treatments: \ N Injections & Nerve Blocks:Caudal, epidurals (cervical/thoracic/lumbar), facet, genicular, intercostal, occipital, trigeminal, medial branch, sympathetic, trigger point

\ N Advanced Therapies:Radiofrequency ablation, PRP, prolotherapy, regenerative injections

\ N Joint Injections:Shoulder, knee, and hip

\ N Compensation &Benefits \ N Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
