Job description
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our OB Hospitalist team. This part‑time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and midwives dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The physician will work 3, 24‑hour shifts every 28 days at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Manage labor and delivery for all patients
Manage OB and GYN emergencies
Collaborate with a team of physicians, midwives, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Opportunity to pick up additional shifts at other Wellstar hospitals
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Georgia
3+ years of experience preferred
