AdventHealth Primary Care+ isseekingBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a Part-Time, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for physicians who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work-life balance.
In this role, you willwork closely withAdvancedPracticeProviders andCare Teamsto deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, with intent to obtain board certification if board-eligible
Passion forwhole-person, family-centered primary care
Comfortableworking in ateam-based modelsupervising Advanced Practice Providers
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills
BLS Required
