Pathology opportunity at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. Located in North Central West Virginia where you can have a significant impact on the lives of your patients while enjoying the benefits of living in one of West Virginia’s top-ranked communities.
Duties
Successful candidates will work in a team environment with responsibilities in gross supervision and frozen sections; surgical cases including core, needle, GI and bronchoscopic biopsies; cytology; hematopathology; chemical pathology; blood banking.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility to obtain a statemedical license.
Completed an accredited residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Board certified or eligible in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
