Position Details Specialties: Pathology - Anatomic and Clinical Department: Pathology - Anatomic and Clinical Start Date: End Date: Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term, Permanent Search Allowed Holidays: Labor Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve (1/2 Day Commencing at Noon), Thanksgiving Day Providers Requested: 1 Provider Title: Physician Provider Type: Physician Request Type: Locum Tenens Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Cerner Practice Setting: Outpatient Practice Details Admissions Required: No Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes Patients Per Shift: To be determined Board Certification Requirement: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Eligible Fellowship: Preferred License Requirement: None Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days ABLS Requirement: No ACLS Requirement: No ATLS Requirement: No BLS Requirement: No PALS Requirement: No Description/Other Details EMR System: Cerner Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Additional Requirements Michigan license in addition to Wisconsin license preferred so the locum can read slides from our location in MI. The locum should be board certified in Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology. Practice includes lab medicine and reading biopsies.
