Job DescriptionA leading academic healthcare environment in western West Virginia, near the Ohio and Kentucky borders, is seeking a BC/BE Breast Surgeon to join its team as a full-time faculty/attending physician.
\ NPosition Highlights:
\ N Join a 4-physician Pediatric Critical Care team
\ N State-of-the-art 10-bed PICU
\ N One of only three PICUsin West Virginia
\ N Practice within a 70+bed pediatric hospital
\ N 35+bed Level III NICU on site
\ N Fully staffed multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists, therapists and experienced nursing staff
\ N Call from home
Academic appointment commensurate with experience and training
\ N ACGME-accredited Pediatrics and Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency programs
\ N Fellowship programs in Pediatric Hospital Medicine, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
\ N Clinical research interests encouraged
\ N Cerner electronic health record
\ N Part of a 750+ bed healthcare network serving more than 1 million children and adults
