The Staff Physician provides direct patient care and emergency services to ensure patient healthcare needs are met at all times.
Experience, Education, Training, Special Skills, And Licensure
MD
Current unrestricted Louisiana Medical License
Job Function
Patient Care: Provides direct patient care in the office and other locations, develops treatment plans, and assesses patient responses, ensuring high-quality healthcare services.
Emergency Care: Provides high-quality emergency care on an on-call basis and in rotation with other physicians (Note: Industrial Medical Center's Staff Physician does not provide on-call services).
Quality and Performance Improvement: Investigates new techniques, practices, and equipment to maximize quality and efficiency, and participates in quality improvement programs and efforts.
Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborates with other physicians to ensure high-quality, technologically advanced healthcare services.
Education and Training: Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, and training sessions to share expertise and promote growth.
Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
