Subspecialty Backup: Yes, via tele
Requirements: Medical License State: Arizona, part of IMLC - Required - Will accept those that need to apply
Board Certified Required: Yes

Shift Information: Shift Coverage Model: 24 hr shift with call at night
Shift Times: From 7:00 am to 7:00 am
