Tehachapi, CA FT/PT Hours: 8-hour shifts 5 days per week Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 20-24 Call Schedule: Varies Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $50000 Compensation: - $230,000 - $283,000 based on experience- Significant sign-on bonus of $50,000- Relocation assistance as well- $20,000 Retention bonus for providers who stay with us!

DETAILS:- Responsible for providing primary care outpatient medical services - Responsible for directing and supervising the clinical staff, as appropriate- Interest in designing and evaluating an efficient healthcare system in a community health center setting is highly desirable- Monday through Friday role with no weekend work!- EMR: NextGen and uses AI scribe for all charting completed in clinic hours- Each clinic offers support staff to help assist- Open to PT roles at some locations- Open to 2027 grads starting their search!
