Job DescriptionA growing healthcare organization northeast of Midland, TX is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a supportive team dedicated to providing comprehensive, family-centered care for children and adolescents across the region.
Position Highlights:
Join a traditional pediatric practice serving newborns, children, and teens
Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well visits, immunizations, ADHD management, asthma and allergy care, skin conditions, and more
Enjoy a strong work-life balance in a close-knit community with modern amenities
Opportunity for nursery, hospitalist, and outpatient pediatric care
Participate in a manageable 1:4 hospital call schedule
Benefit from dedicated nurse call coverage for after-hours patient needs
Practice at a Level III Trauma Center with advanced clinical resources
Support approximately 1,000 births annually within a comprehensive maternal and pediatric care environment
Collaborate with a team supported by a Level II NICU and expanding maternal/neonatal services
