Job DescriptionPediatric Opportunity Location: Berlin, NH *Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric** - Integrated Pediatric Role: Position is integrated within the Family Medicine clinic, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary primary care team. - Schedule: Full-time position with 32–40 hours per week. Option for a four-day work week with four 8–9 hour shifts. - Compensation:Pediatrician: Approximately $250,000 – $275,000 annually. - No Call Requirements: No night or weekend call responsibilities. - Collaborative Care Model: Access to Integrated Behavioral Health services to support comprehensive pediatric care. - CME Support: $3,600 CME allowance plus one week of CME leave annually. - EMR System: Utilizes AthenaOne electronic medical record system. - Benefits Package: Competitive benefits including combined paid time off, retirement match, health and dental insurance, and short-term disability coverage. - Malpractice Coverage: Provided as part of the employment package. - Loan Repayment Eligibility: Opportunity to participate in federal and state student loan repayment programs.
